Tom Öhler

During his active racing career, Tom had been in the top 5 of the world ranking, he was 2nd in the World Championship as a junior and Indoor European Champion. He crowned his career with the World Championship title in 2008. After this success, he withdrew from racing and successively concentrated on a very creative form of trial riding, namely “Street Trial”. Since then, he has worked on professional trial shows in the entire world as well as on numerous video clip and photography projects. Almost on the run, he even achieved two Guinness World Records. It goes without saying that this was on a bike. Known as a professional trial rider, Tom also likes to just ride his mountain bike and have the mountains become a playground. In his residence of choice, which is Innsbruck, he finds the perfect conditions for this. “Mountains are the perfect contrast to street trialing, I enjoy the silence and peace in the mountains.” No matter whether on an urban playground, on Alpine, technical trails or flow single trails, Tom loves all different types of aspects of the sport. At times, he even shares his expertise in riding technique videos.
